The Daily News Journal • April 3, 2009  Police say an infant killed when a 32-inch television fell from a cabinet onto her appears to be a tragic accident, according to a report on WSMV TV. The child’s mother, Teresa Torrens, was apparently plugging in the set when it toppled off the stand and struck the child, who was in a baby seat a few feet away, according to reports. "There's no way to describe the pain or loss of a child, especially in such a tragic manner like lifting a television off your 2-month-old baby," Torrens said on the telecast.
