Pompano Beach, Florida two-year old girl drowns in Family Pool

Pompano Beach, Florida - Sofia Pacani, 2, drowned in a water safety incident, when left unattended outside near an unfenced pool. The girl was playing outside with her mother when her mother went inside and left her outside playing. When she returned, Sofia was floating in the pool. She was unresonsive when pulled from the pool, according to Sandra King, Pompano Beach Fire Rescue spokesperson. February 20, 2011
