Niceville, Florida one-year old drowns in Bathtub

Niceville, Florida, Sadly, a one-year old girl, Kyli Grace Haynes was found facedown in the bathtub by her mother Tara Haynes. The mother and another women were giving the baby CPR when rescue workers arrived but she didnt survive. Kyli was transported to Twin Cities Hospital and then Sacred Heart Hospital where she died.
