Minnesota girl, Hannah Kozitza, 4, chokes on whole grape in child safety incident

Minnesota - Four-year old Hannah Kozitza attempted to eat a grape while at the Golden Heart Child Care Center. She choked and had no pulse when police arrived. The Ramsey County medical examiner ruled that Hannah was asphyxiaed by the grape. June, 22, 2010
