Colleyville, Texas - A 20-months old toddler, Caroline Warda, wandered into the swimming pool while her grandmother was babysitting her and two siblings on the 4700 block of Mill Springs Court. Caroline was flown to Cook Children's hospital and was on life support before she died. The water safety incident happened July, 2010

Winston-Salem Toddler Run over in Tragic Accident

Winston-Salem, North Carolina - A two-year old toddler, Kaylee Olivia Noyola was knocked down by her mom's van's door when it slipped out of park and then run over and killed in a auto safety accident. Kaylee and her mom were both standing outside the vehicle when it started moving and knocked them both down. Kaylee was taken to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center where she died. Raleigh, North Carolina - Two-year old Timothy Atwater, was visiting a relative's home with his mother when he found a loaded gun and shot himself in the face. His mother Kim Atwater didn't know there were loaded guns in the home. She doesnt have a gun in her home and she and the boy's father wouldn't have knowingly allowed him to visit a home with an unsecured loaded gun. June 23, 2010

Ashland, Tenn. girl, Meri Lynn Forsythe, 2, drowns in relative's pool in water safety incident

Ashland, Tenn. - Two-year old Meri Lynn Elizabeth Forsythe was visiting relatives on Cedarcrest Drive, in the Chapmansboro area with her mother when she wandered away unsupervised, and drowned. She was transported to Vanderbilt's Children's Hospital in Nashville but did not survive.

Minnesota - Four-year old Hannah Kozitza attempted to eat a grape while at the Golden Heart Child Care Center. She choked and had no pulse when police arrived. The Ramsey County medical examiner ruled that Hannah was asphyxiaed by the grape. June, 22, 2010

Battle Creek, Michigan - A one-year old boy was run over by his dad who was backing out of driveway and accidently hit him in auto safety incident. The toddler was rushed to Battle Creek Health System and pronounced dead. The father was not being charged. June 18, 2010
