Brooklyn, New York, Girl, Kyrah Martin, 3, found dead in snowbankBrooklyn, New York - A 3-year-old girl, Kyrah Martin, apparently left her apartment without her parents knowledge and fell into a snow drift. She was discovered in a face down position and it s unclear if she was killed by the fall or the freezing temperatures. She was taken from her apartment at Crown Heights Brooklyn on Park Place to Kings County Hospital but they were unable to revive her. December 23, 2009. |

Cape Coral boy, Liam Perk, 2, killed by family WeimaranerCape Coral, Florida - A 2-year old boy, Laim Perk, was killed by the family weimaraner dog when he was bitten in the neck as he walked by the dog. The toddler was taken to Cape Coral Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. The dog attack occurred without apparent provocation. December 22, 2009 |

New Jersey boy, six, finds handgun and shoots and kills 5 year-old relative in the back of the headPaterson, New Jersey - A six-year-old boy, found a loaded gun and shot and killed his 5 year-old relative while playing with the loaded handgun. Police have charged the man that shares the bedroom with the six year old with gun violations. According to police the boys were watching TV when the pair found the gun and it discharged hitting 5-year old Daron Mayes in the back of the head. He did a short time later at St. Joseph's Hospital in Paterson. The man that owned the gun was not home at the time and others in the home were unaware there was a loaded gun in the home. Kahaluu boy, 1, Ezekiel Estocado, hit and killed by SUV in drivewayKahaluu, Hawaii, A one-year old toddler, Ezekiel Estocado, was hit and killed by SUV in driveway. According to police the boy ran into the path of a Chevy Tahoe as a women was backing out of the driveway on Ahaolelo Road. The boy died at Castle Medical Center from his injuries.
