Mesa, Arizona toddler, dies after father accidently backs over her Mesa, Arizona - A one and a half year old girl was run over by her father in an auto safety incident. He was backing up the family minivan after returning from a shopping trip. The family was unloading the vehicle and they lost track of the toddler when the father repositioned it and struck the young girl. Attempts to revive her were unsuccessful. August 26, 2010 |

Lufkin 3-month old baby girl dies after being left unattended in SUV on hot dayLufkin, Texas - An infant girl, Isabella Marie Stanaland of Huntington, was discovered strapped into her carseat in a parked SUV around 3:30pm in the parking lof of Story-Wright Printing & Office Supply at 222 Shepherd Avenue. Niceville, Florida one-year old drowns in BathtubNiceville, Florida, Sadly, a one-year old girl, Kyli Grace Haynes was found facedown in the bathtub by her mother Tara Haynes. The mother and another women were giving the baby CPR when rescue workers arrived but she didnt survive. Kyli was transported to Twin Cities Hospital and then Sacred Heart Hospital where she died. Bagersville, Indiana Girl 3, Anna Hendley Dies after Choking on Hotdog at Babysitters Bagersville, Indiana - Three-year old Anna Hendley died after choking on a hot dog at her babysitter's house. A child Anna's age has a windpipe about the size of a drinking straw according to the American Academy of Pediatrics. Hotdogs are particularly dangerous because they can wedge and are not easy to dislodge. Other foods at high risk for choking are peanuts, seeds, grapes, carrots, apples, popcorn, Peanut butter, marshmallows, chewing gum and sausages. Indianapolis Boy 4, Finds Loaded 45-caliber Handgun then shoots and kills 3-year old playmate Indianapolis, Indiana - A 4-year old boy found a loaded handgun on the kitchen table and shot his 3-year-old old playmate in the head. Three-year old Aunesti Lee Allen died at Riley Hospital for Children. The boy is the son of the mother, Fiona Lee's boyfriend. July 30, 2010

Priest Accused of Not Following Standard Water Safety Practices After Baby Drowns During Babtism in Moldoavan Moldova - A six-week old baby drowned after being submerged three times by a priest in Moldova during babtism. The infant was moving afterwards but later started bleeding from his nose and mouth and died. The baby's godmother reported the baby was crying as he was submerged.
