Family Pitt Bull Terrier Kills baby in Kalamazoo dog safety incident 

Kalamazoo, Michigaan - An infant was killed after being attacked by the family dog. Police were called to the home on the 400 block of Garfield on Saturday afternoon where they found a 10-day old infant mauled. The boy suffered severe trauma and was dead at the scene. The infant's mother and tow-year old other child were home at the time of the attack.  February 20, 2011

Casa Grande boy killed when Aunt looses control of ATV

Casa Grande, Arizona - A four-year old boy was riding an ATV with his aunt and sister, also a passenger, when his aunt lost control and the ATV rolled in an auto safety incident. All three passengers were thrown and according to Tim Gaffney, Pinal County spokesperson, the boy suffered head trauma and died. February 20, 2011 

Gilbert, Arizona 19-month-old, Shauna Teela drowns in Swimming Pool

Gilbert, Arizona - Shauna Teela was taken off life support after falling into the family pool earlier this week. She did not have a pulse when pulled from the pool by her parents but regained a pulse at the hospital after CPR was performed. November 5, 2010 

Pitt Bull Kills 3-Day Old Baby, Justin Valentin, in Arlington, Florida

Jacksonville, Florida - The family's Pitt Bull attacked and killed their 3-Day-old son while the mother left him on the bed to shower in dog safety incident. The dog had grown up with the family and never showed signs of agression towards their four-year old son. The dog was described by the family as very loving. It has been euthanized at the request of the family. October 27, 2010

Safety Harbor, Florida, toddler, Muna Ham, found in pool at father's birthday party and drowns

Safety Harbor, Florida - 18-month old Muna Ham was according to Pinellas County Sherriff's deputies, left unattended briefly at her father's birthday party celebration and found her way into the pool where she drowned. Apparently  the fence around the pool was broken and she was found by her father who administered CPR. Boise toddler, Danielle Hall, dies after she was kicked by a Horse in Bruneau

Boise, Idaho - A 19-month old toddler dies after she was kicked by a horse on Saturday. Danielle Hall, who was from Grand View was taken to St. Luke's Regional Medical Center after being kicked by a horse in Bruneau, but she didn't make it. Child Safety Incident October 23, 2010

Seventeen-Month Old Toddler, Andrew Hutchinson struck and killed by car in auto safety misshap on Ky 27 near Rogers

Campton, Kentucky - A Wolfe County toddler boy, Andrew Hutchinson wandered away from his home and onto a highway in Rogers where he was struck and killed. September 27, 2010
